This past weekend was our Boys Night Out weekend in Atlanta, and we stumbled on this place. They have 3 locations; we visited the West Midtown restaurant. It was outstanding. I had fried okra, smothered pork chops over rice and collard greens. Everything was scratch made. If you are in the area, I highly recommend it. The orangish sauce is a dipping sauce for the okra, the red is hot sauce. Maybe Texas Pete's.

Dayum!! Now I have to look up and try my hand at Gullah cooking. And what, no group picture this time? I really enjoy seeing the love and camaraderie of you men. That's what I miss about living in a fire house.
