Heading down to Orlando in a few weeks. My wife, being overly generous, is allowing me 2 choose where we eat for lunch 1 day . After checking around online, I think I've narrowed it down to Cecil's. We have 4 Rivers here in Tallahassee and I want to try something different that we don't have here. So if anyone has a favorite place in the Orlando area, I'm open to suggestions.

A couple of weeks ago I was flying in to Orlando and found Pig Floyd’s Urban Barbakoa (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pig-floyds-...rbakoa-orlando). One of the locations was close to the airport and very tasty. Definitely worth a visit.
Agree. We often eat at the one on 17-92 (more central Orlando location). We find their BBQ different in a really good way - the "island" flavors add something wonderful!
Cecil's is pretty good from what I've heard. Real Texas style. I stumbled across a place in Sanford (falls under catevory of Orlando area to me) called Fuel that I really enjoyed. It's only a year old but I got to chatting with the pit master Leroy and learned he's been in the area for decades. Best smoked mac n cheese I've found in a restaurant.
