No, it does not have a Star Wars theme beyond the name, although that would have helped this joint. This was probably the most expensive barbecue I’ve ever eaten - $50 + tip for 2 entrees, 2 sides each, and 2 cans of Diet Coke. The brisket I had was edible, if a bit dry and under seasoned (hints of SPG). My spicy beans had no flavor other than a little heat and the cole slaw was unremarkable. My wife had jalapeño cheese sausage, its chief feature was greasiness. She described the cornbread as mediocre. Her one word description of the mac and cheese was, “Yuck.” Asked to elaborate, she said the noodles were over cooked and it tasted like boxed mac and cheese with some additional cheeses thrown in. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.
