Inspired by Panhead John inquiry if any of us locals tried this place…. I tried it today. It was ok. BF ordered the burrito con carne asada. He said it was a salty, dry burrito. Carne asada sliced off a vertical rotisserie (think gyros), rice, cilantro, onion. The salsa rescued it, he said.

I ordered quesotacos. One with carnitas and one with ribeye (cachetada). These easily could have been 4 tacos with the amount of pork and beef. Lots of cheese! Onions were tasty on the ribeye. Pork was rather one note.

Homemade tortillas, I’m almost positive. Salsas and pico de gallo (not shown) were really good. We split an agua mineral and had chips/guac, which was only 4 oz of guacamole for $7. $40 out the door for the two of us. I won’t go out of my way to go again, but if I am in the neighborhood…..maybe. It was super loud and service was rather slow for having all the proteins either vertical rotisserie style or braised (carnitas).
