I received a Creekstone gift certificate form my Secrete Santa (ok it was Mr. Bones, no secrets around here ) and bought some of those steaks along with some ribeyes. I have them salt bring as we speak. That's dinner tonight after a week of canned beans and soup due to our recent arctic blast.
Very tender meat, almost fork tender. My only beef with them (pun intended) is they cut their steak too thin. A couple of them were about 5/8" which is ridiculous when trying to cook even close to medium rare. Great meat otherwise.
