    Rib Roast Surprise

I don't normally shop at King Soopers (Kroger), but was in there today and they had choice bone in rib roasts for sale for under $6 per pound for their card-holders. Apparently only on today and tomorrow. Hadn't planned on getting a rib roast, but this seemed like a good deal. Good-looking meat, so I picked up a roast for later.

Smith's Groceries (Kroger) here has some decent looking rib roasts for $6.99/lb. We're doing one for guests Christmas day.

June 2019. That's one reason I was scarce around here for so long.
