I'm holding off on a griddle until our covered area is built after the first of the year. Where we live a Blackstone will last about 9 months before it starts to rust out and corrode if it's in the weather. But my day is coming.

Sold out! Argh. I posted here a couple of weeks ago asking about the 22” for a Christmas present for my son vs a 28”. I was still undecided but this would have done it.

I saw them at my local WalMart for $97 this past Wednesday (Veterans Day).

SmokingSteve - still no luck online or in the store here. I went to WalMart's site again and to Blackstone's. The 22 inch on the portable legs was still available to order from Walmart but on the Blackstone site it says "sold-out" so I had to pull the trigger. My wife won the argument about the 22 vs 28 inch because the boy likes to travel. She is right - it makes more sense.
