Didn't see this advertised, I went to one store and wiped out their stock for something I'm cooking tomorrow and it was marked 2.12 a lb. Rang up at .99. Went to another store in same county different town to get the rest of what I needed and it was a different brand butt, and marked on the packaging the sale price of .99 per pound. Worth a look if you have one near ya.

A few weeks ago was at Kroger and they had some butts on sale. I don't remember the per-pound price, but the packages were around 15 lb. each and were between $6 and $7. I got some really odd looks rolling up to the check-out with a buggy stacked high of pork butts with one half-gallon milk jug resting neatly on top, I bought every package they had available and if I recall correctly, I spent around $150.
