Thanks for posting but $108 for CS brisket and $139 for SRF Black is a bit too much for my wallet. I can do without until better brisket shows up here again. Regular packers still available ~ $50.

Beef prices recently spiked here in Michigan. I stocked up a bit just before it happened. Don't have any brisket though. I saw a couple of prime packers at $4.99 per pound at Costco. While that is a fair price, our Costco normally sells prime packers for $2.99 per pound.

I picked up a 18lb packer up here last week for $2.99 a lb, an unheard of price usually $6.99 +
Was $94 paid $56, ran like a thief in the night

Beef definitely spiked. I didn’t look at the price/lb but 2-3 bone plate ribs I normally got for under $4 are now $10. Nope!
