My local Smith's Grocery Stores (Kroger) in Utah are running Smithfield Baby Backs at $1.79/lb. Limit is 2 at a time. I cheated and went back in for 2 more; couldn't help myself. Doing ribs this weekend.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
My Kroger has Hatfield baby back ribs marked down to $1.99/lb. Much better looking meat on these than most BBRs I have seen. I grabbed two of them the other day, and plan to go back today for more. I prefer SLC ribs, but those are getting hard to find right now locally.

Oops! My bad! I thought they were Smithfield because that is mostly what is sold around here. I just looked again and found out they are Kroger brand ribs. Sorry 'bout dat. I'm gonna eat 'em anyway.
