I bought one of these from a noted meat processing supplies vendor that was advertising $10 off and is supposed to fit in an oven. It looks good and the racks have legs that fold for easier storage. I decided to see if they sold individual racks so I could make a 4 or 5 tier drying rack but found none on the vendor's website. I then went to the manufacturer's website. Low and Behold, they had it marked $20 off so I bought another plus a burger press they had discounted. The 3 tier rack set is $19.98 plus shipping on Weston's website. Note, this does NOT fit into a KBQ and barely fits my antique O'Keefe & Merrit oven which is narrower and a little deeper than the average modern household oven.
