I checked out my nearby Walmart at lunch, just in case, no Ok Joe's, but they did have a 28 inch, 2 burner Blackstone for $118. I passed, but it might be worth checking out any Walmarts if they are clearancing grills and such right now.

That's an insane price, and amazed that there are any left a second day. Part of that probably can be attributed to how comparatively young on the market these are, and part to some minor issues that were afflicting the early run of these (which were fixed in short order to Char Broil/Okie Joe's credit) that got a fair amount of internet exposure. As a cooker, even at the typical $300 price, they are terrific value. At $84 beans they are an absolute, double throw down, "oh my God" steal. Even Max, with all the toys he gets to evaluate, showed a higher than usual amount of appreciation for these.Comment

I have been watching them for months. At 300 bucks i passed. Then they went down to 187 with 4 left. I passed. Almost 2 months passed on clearence without a sale. Then finally 84 bucks and i popped on it -
ComfortablyNumb, about 12 years ago I was shopping for a Mr. Heater tank top heater. They sold for about $50. Sign on the shelf said it was on sale for $19.99. I should have grabbed a couple, but I just took the one I needed. Got to checkout, and it rang up at the $50. I told her what the sign said, someone went to check, and the person came back with the sign. Don't know how they made the mistake, but they honored it. For me. No one else got the chance. -
@Comfortably Numb My brother would be the guy to take down the 1 or 2 of the store sign the waltz up to the cash with one. In the inevitable argument over price he usually got his way. Makes one wonder why they didn't check security camera's, he'd a been busted.
I've started calling him Mr. A. Shyster.

Talked to manager. This store sells anything pellet almost daily. Charcoal,,,not so much. There are three broncos left, plus they are shedding masterbuilt thermopro gas and charbroil

Based on what i have seen at this store, the masterbuilt will be half that price if nothing sells. Unfortunately, aquiring the bronco has reached my salary cap with the finance department. At 6 cookers, one has to go for a peaceful balance in the household. Im sorry to say the longhorn (which is in dire shape) is destined for the scrapheap. Funny thing is, i bought a little, suuuuuper heavy old school chargrill to be the new fire box for my okj offset. Im kinda releaved tbh, as i put some crazy cast iron grates in it. It is my go to grill for a nuclear option and camping

I picked one up for $100 at my local Wally World today. I was excited to put in together and at least do the burn in, but it was missing a part so I can’t finish. Called customer service and they said they’d ship the part 2 day on Monday. Did you guys know this is a Char Broil product? This will be grill #4 on my deck, to go along with a RecTec, a Webber gasser, and a Webber Kettle.Comment
