Nice looking pan, however I would only use it as a mold and place the meatloaf directly on the grill and get that smokiness on all sides. Just my 2 cents.

I got 2 of these pans from my Secret Santa aka DavidNorcross this past Holiday Season. I recommend them with no reservations. They are a medium sized pan that I really like for bread loaves.
