I bought a Foodsaver from this site years ago and still use it. This is the real deal folks. It's only for today though.

I have that model and it gets the job done for me. But it's funny that it's being sold on a website called "meh."

I have a higher end Foodsaver purchased from Sam's Club several years ago, and if you do not have a vacuum sealer, you need one. At $34 this one is almost a no brainer.

If you remember woot.com from back in the day (deal-a-day-website, got bought by Amazon, then subsequently watered-down), this site is run by the same folks. They pretty much went the opposite direction from "woot" to "meh"

I checked out the website. Pretty good idea, especially since Amazon bought up woot.com and proceeded to completely change the concept, thereby creating another opportunity for these guys. I get it now.

got one. i have for a while thought about backup for my food saver. it keeps me awake at night thinking about vacuum sealing 14 steaks from a prime grade prime rib roast and having my food saver failing at steak #3
