Thanks. I do pot lucks often and this would be easier than taking my slow cooker and worrying about spills. The 8qt is on my wish list.

The pan in the 8qt version measures 6.75" x 10.75" x 8.5". You could probably keep a pork but in it, but most likely not a brisket or rack(s) of ribs.
