we now have a Keeper of the Number. The contest is now active.

Pick a number between 1 and 1000. Actually, you can pick any number you want, but the number I picked is between 1 and 1000.

I will let people guess until 10 PM Wed September 18. Closest guess wins. In the event that two people are tied for closest, the person closest without going over the number wins. You will have 48 hours to respond. If you do not respond in this thread within 48 hours, the next closest number wins. Please PM me your mailing address asap so I can get it in the mail.

Forgot to mention that if two people guess the same number, the first guess wins.

I will cover shipping in the USA. If you are not in the US, you can still play, but will have to cover the cost of shipping.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.

My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.

There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
