My screen name is from this aircraft that used to be owned by the Commemorative Air Force from 1980 until just a few years ago. This was from the last time I saw it in 2013 at CAF HQ in Midland TX. I don't have a DC-3 Type Rating, but I did fly it.
I did a lot of airshows in the 80s and 90s. Really miss those days, and a lot of the guys I flew with have Gone South as we say in the CAF.
Right now the aircraft is in line to be converted to PT-6 turboprops for a new owner. That thing is going to be making a living hauling cargo long after I'm gone!

I do a thing based on that Carolina Vinegar sauce... it's a mop with MMD stirred into diluted ACV... I apply to ribs right after I take them off the grill, instead of a glaze... perfect... also into pulled pork... If you consider the recipe... it's basically MMD minus.
