Well I picked it up along with the How To Grill book I just posted. Now I have two physical versions and one electronic version.

I have the print version that I bought 20 years ago when it first came out. Did a LOT of brisket cooks using his rub recipe. Right now there's a bottle in the fridge that has my variation of the Bubba-Lina Sauce.

Great to have the digital version of these in one place now.

This was my first decent BBQ cookbook, and I still use some of his recipes. Australian Beer BBQ wings and Hong Kong Honey Glazed wings are two of my kids favorite things for me to pull off the grill. Some of the pages in my well worn copy are pretty messy looking, from referencing while cooking...
