Yea if only I had $200 to spend on a roast but I'm sure its spectacular cooked to 125* internal. Interestingly enough, my b'day is this weekend and that's exactly what I have dry brining in my frig as we speak, a 4.5# Prime rib. They must have been thinking about me at SRF, wish they would gift me one
I know, I'm all pumped up about my b'day chef's hat picture I'll pose for as well. My poser image will appear in the b'day post next week some time. Awesome times huh? Really just glad to be alive.....
