LOL! Yea I did the same thing, told them to take their Big Stack and turn that into a four probe Smoke. They said, "good idea we'll pass it on" and proceeded to hang up. That's the day I got smart and bought a Fireboard.

I am excited to be here. Recently retired, so I am back to outdoor cooking in a serious way again. I have a lot to learn. I threw away my well used natural gas grill and bought a 26" Weber Kettle ( gave my old 22" Kettle to my daughter) and a 22" WSM. Found my old notebook from before, but things have really changed since then. I have a new note book. Thanks again.
