Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Well, it seems to be made to look like a Kamado Joe 18" , which has a lot higher list price. But the stand is different. The quality of the ceramic will matter when you want to do high temp cooks. Just be sure to find out what you can. Otherwise, looks like a good deal.
