I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

I was planning on getting a few of them but our store has a 1 per person limit! So, I'm taking my wife with me tonight and we'll each grab one....and maybe again tomorrow.

Beware of HyVee's pork; the stores in my neighborhood only seem to have the enhanced pork that's been doctored up with a bunch of water, salt, chemicals, and who knows what else (the label reads like a science experiment). For some recipes that might be acceptable, but I prefer to doctor the pork myself and the enhanced stuff is completely useless for making sausage since I have no idea how much salt is already in it.

The enhanced pork you refer to is fine for smoking for pulled pork, but you are absolutely correct about sausage. Definitely want fresh pork for that.
