This seems like a good deal for someone in the market for a gas grill!

I thought so too. I have a char broil that's over 10 years old. I'm getting rid of it, but it still works fine. I had to replace a couple of burners once. Only reason I'm getting rid of it is that I'm downsizing now that I use charcoal more. I just want a little 2 burner now.
