I wasn't planning to cook pork butt, however it's on the menu now. Like maybe Friday, when temperatures are expected to reach 96 in Ventura county. A good day to sit outside and enjoy some session beer.

I saw this too yesterday. Circled the ad. Think I'm going to make some Kahlua Pork this weekend. Maybe freeze some for making sausage later next month.
