I had already looked at the OG sale, also 50% off. My Original OG is somewhere around 10 years old. I don't know for sure because it was a dealer's floor model, that he sold me some time after Grilla stopped having dealers. It's old enough that it has finally started having some issues, and my wife asked if it was time to replace it. I just started vacation and my grandson is going to learn how to troubleshoot pellet burners. Grilla is no help for parts, but I'll replace everything electronic in it before I buy one made in China. From what I see on Grilla groups online and they issues they have with rust, I'll make mine last a little longer. No appreciable rust, just a glitch in something that keeps causing GFCI issues. The body, deflector plate, burn pot, are all fine. Built like the proverbial tank, even without "stainless steel".

I only have a small area on my OG hopper lid where a small amount of paint lifted. Easily repairable. The rest has been fine so far.
I am thinking I need to get a back-up igniter because that is what tends to go bad from what I have read, and right now, they are out of stock.
So far, I haven't had any issues with the breaker popping on the outlet. I have been happy with the purchase.
