What's a little MCS now and again?
It's been 25 years, but back when Steven Raichlen was filming BBQ University at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, I used to love seeing the long shots of all the cookers in the background. Most were lit and smoke was rising. It was a little hypnotic.
I don't have the real estate (or wallet) for that kind of setup, and I spent way too many years helping my folks mow and trim 5 acres, to even entertain too much MCS. So moving where I even remotely had the ability to "collect" that many cookers, while it might be a fun fantasy, would probably just be too much work to enjoy it.
Now, if I hit the lottery...Last edited by dpearce; Today, 11:46 AM.
