I ordered five items and didn’t get a 40% discount, so I didn’t complete the purchase. I sent them a chat request, chatted with a reasonably competent AI bot that said they would get back to me today. It hasn’t happened yet.

I ordered (5) items, (4) spools and one of the mini spatula/spoonula sets and when I got to the final click to finish the order, no 40% off. I have yet to finalize it...

I just finished chatting with customer support. I had the reduction spatula in my order, and it isn’t part of the sale… even though it is listed as part of the sale. I was going to argue, but I don’t want it that bad. I swapped in the mini spatula/spoonula set.

What are everyone's favorites of these tools? If there's a link to a previous post for favorites feel free to lead me there. I like the probe spools and might get a few. Has anyone used them?

The probe spools are okay. I like FireBoard’s better, but other people like these better. Which you prefer will probably depend on which you get first.

I like the trivets and the spoonulas the best. The spatulas are good, but when I have both available, I actively choose the spoonula. I use the trivets for keeping hot dishes off of my stone topped picnic table and quartz countertop, and for keeping warm plates off of the cold countertop.

I just started using the probe spools, and my reaction is: “why didn’t I buy these years ago??” I love them.

I like the mini spoonulas and the ladle...the food turner is ok...I just ordered more of the mini spoonula sets, a spoonula and some probe spools to try.

I didn't pay attention when I got to 5 items but when I got to 10 I did notice that the cost of each item in my cart dropped in price. The price stayed the same on the website but the prices in my cart were less than what was showing on the individual items pages.

I just went back to site and once I added a 5th item to my cart the per item prices in my cart were reduced, the shopping sites continued to stay the same before adding any items...

I like the spools. They keep the probes untangled and easy on off with no kinks.
