OK, so things are picking up a bit after last week. And we're into Lent now, which means good specials on seafood, and a lot of not-so-good specials as well. Also, St. Patrick's Day is looming (a little less than 4 weeks now), so let's keep our eyes peeled for Corned Beef specials.They're coming. I only hope they're not too much above last year's prices. Personally, I like to stock up and make Pastrami from it, then freeze it for later in the year.
But hopefully there's not too much more winter left. This last month has been hard on the Carolinas. We're not used to that much cold and snow.
