    Cheshire Pork ribs on sale!

    Through August 4th, on line only. And the heat wave is going to break in the next few days, at least here in the Mid Atlantic and Northeast.

    Cheshire rib package

    6 racks of BB, ttl 12 lbs avg $120
    6 racks of St Louis, ttl 17-19 lbs $150
    6 racks full spares, ttl 30 lbs avg $165
    Sampler 1: 3 bb, 3 StL $120
    Sampler 2: 2 bb, 2 StL, 2 full $150

    These prices aren’t that far off of what they were 2 years ago. The 6 racks of StL were $140 in 2023. The 6 racks of BB were $99.

    BUT: I usually order full spares, because I love tips and I use the trimmings in other stuff.

    Full spares were $200 in 2022 and 2023. They went DOWN $35. Those did have free shipping, though. It probably evens out.

    I’m tempted, sorely tempted. I got nowhere to put this stuff. I gotta make some ribs in the next week or so.
