Well, Memorial Day is finally here, and that apparently means condiments in all the stores, too many to enumerate, so I won't. Also, some very good deals on various meats and grillables, and especially pork ribs three different ways.
I suppose I shall fire something up in memory of my Dad, who fought in WWII (one of the very youngest GIs ever!) and lived to teach me what this day means, and to honor those who gave everything. So that I could have the luxury of grilling whatever I want to grill, whenever I want. And for whomever I want.
