I made some tortillas tonight with the Masienda masa and the Doña Rosa Tortilla Press. I used the red and yellow masa, the red looks a bit purple. Gives me an idea: local high school football team is purple and white. Might do some of these with the white masa this fall when me and some friends watch the games.
