If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Yeah, I was kinda puzzled when they kept selling the original 2 channel Smoke, but they still make and sell the original Smoke and Smoke Gateway, and never offered a Wifi gateway for the X2 and X4 for some reason. I think the Smoke and Smoke X2 were too similar, and folks just went to the X4, or to the Billows, or saved money and went with the Smoke, that is often on sale for $50ish.
Yeah, I got the X2 specifically because I wanted billows and needed to keep on the lower side price wise. If I had not wanted billows, I probably would have gone for Smoke so I could have the Wifi gateway. I am sad that you either get wifi or billows, not both.
