I was certain you had misread these. You had not. These prices are insane. Chimp for under $400? (I paid $600 in 2023.) Silverback for under $550?! OG under $700?

    Never seen them this low.

I know. I was kind of surprised. If any person interested in a pellet cooker and doesn't have a lot to spend or a lot of room, you can't go wrong with these prices.

If I had not just bought a new car for my wife, I would be all over this deal. I’ve wanted an OG for a long time…

jfmorris Since she just got a new car, she can't say anything about a few hundred dollars. Do it NOW.

            Haha right @Clark!

Sadly, the fact I have 4 cookers in the backyard I am not using as much as I would like lately precludes me from even considering bringing something new in...

If you do buy an OG ... and you should ... just remember that the nickname "Evil R2D2" is taken:

I almost bought the Kong with a cart. But when I add the defector plate, kick ash basket and cover it’s right near the cheapest Amazon sale of the WSK I’ve been eyeing. But if I choose not to get the kart it comes down. But I think I really want the extra 2 inch diameter and the steel of the WSK.

Actually, the Kong only has a 20.5 inch primary cooking grate. The Summit is 24 inches. Of course, the Kong also has a second level that is 20 inches.

Now there you go again getting my MCS into a slow simmer. At this price I have to say I’m curious . And watching various YouTube videos ain’t helping either.

I like the Primate Built-in Cabinet + Primate Gas Grill/Griddle Top bundle. Up there with Weber?

(I was so wrong here. See comment below.)
If I were buying my OG today, I could apply $161 in Amazon points and get it for $535.
The Silverback with AT cart would be $378. That is ridiculous (in a good way.)

That is definitely ridiculous! I would buy another Silverbac for that price.

Huskee I wish I could justify another pellet grill purchase, but I can't.

I was wrong. The Amazon prices are higher. The Mammoth, for example, has a discounted price that makes it the regular price on the Grilla site. The Chimp is listed at a higher "list price" of $649.99 with a 25% discount making it $487.49.

If it sounds ridiculous and too good to be true, then it probably is.
