If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I just got two tonight - a 17# and 19#. Put the 19 pounder in the fridge to start the week long thaw, and dropped the 17 pound bird in the deep freeze for future use. I liked how my receipt showed how I spent $19 and saved $76 on my purchase!
