This was… $210. That’s over $300 worth of cheese alone. I was picking up stuff I never heard of and thinking, “Eh. It’s a buck.”

Did you see the prices on those cheeses? $2/lb! For stuff like 6 year aged Gouda, real Roquefort… I had to stop because it would just go to waste.

Mosca, how do you store your cheese? Freeze some of the harder ones, or just refrigerate it all?

This is really a lot of cheese. I’m going to freeze the hard ones. I chose away from super soft cheeses. I’ll probably bring a lot of it to the Texas meetup.
