Well, it's Labor Day already (so soon?) and apparently this means ribs. There are several good specials on Baby Backs, but none better than ALDI at $1.99 per pound. But yes, it's time to fire up the barbeque, and take a moment to reminisce, wonder where the summer went, and visit friends and family for one last good summer picnic.
Or don't. Just because there's wonderful grilled foods at our fingertips doesn't mean we have to share. Keep the ribs for yourself, and then grill frozen burgers for the family. Will they notice the traces of BBQ sauce left in your beard? Probably not. Aunt Pergola needs to tell everyone about her health issues, and Uncle Mitch wants to inform you that eating meat is a betrayal of <<insert value here>>. Ah, Family.
