    Brisket $1.87 a pound

Choice brisket is on sale at Albertson’s for $1.87 a pound with the digital coupon and app here in Dallas. Maybe you can snag one for the 4th in your area. They are running large but I picked up a 13#er.

But are they "boneless" briskets like the ones Kroger sells?

I’m in Texas right now and really wishing I had a way to transport one of those back to Chicago!

Limit 1.5 per household so you'd have to cut one of the bags open.

Never heard of brisket being sold that low. Might be driving to Dallas tonight if Roy is up for it...

Man that's a fantastic price. Even if you choose to grind it up for burger (note, I'm morally against this! ) it's a fantastic price.

They were also running Prime Brisket for $3.49 a pound while Costco wanted $4.19. The Albertson’s briskets were huge and the Cosco briskets were more like 14 pounds or less.

If I ask at my Alberson’s they will check in the meat locker. When I inquired about the prime they told me they were all in the 20 pound range. I can’t fit that on my cooker.

trim to fit, and cook trimmings for a snack.

Here in California, this is what USDA Choice Brisket is being sold for per pound on sale this week at my local Albertson's.

Bummer! I knew prices were higher in California, but that is higher than prime at Costco here.

Then you must add sales tax for the city, county, state, and environmental impact, and don't forget the homeless as they need to be fed. Also, there is mental health assistance for Karen the Vegan.
