That’s what I told my wife. Her response was not repeatable here.

swartzster Remind her that with the black handle it will go with all the other black leather and chrome clothing! Best of luck!

FYI, for those interested they are available at Amazon, but $19. Me, I'll stick to gloves to get hunks of meat off and on the cooker.

Geez. I put on insulated rubber gloves, pick those suckers up and turn them.

So do I... but I like the idea of a couple lifters the size of trash can lids so I can chase The Wife around whackin' her on the arse! lol

Washing fat off rubber gloves can be a pain and I'll probably use mine on the griddle most often.

I used to have those orange gloves that were not smooth. They were impossible to clean. These are a different twist. Well insulated. A bit bulky. But to lift meat they work. And cleaning is a breeze.

+1 on those gloves or at least very similar to what I have.

I had some like that and it was great to wash them like you're washing your hands.

Mine arrived today. My wife still wasn’t interested in anything involving her butt. They do have a built in bottle opener. You can never have too many options when it comes to opening a beer.

I like that it acts as a weight to help get a nice sear going.

Oh man! I never even thought of this for quesadillas! That's a great application! In fact... quesa birria tacos sounds freaking amazing right now!

The SWMBO did not even bat an eye when this showed up. Also Attjack great idea on the big ol quesadilla.
