Costco $8 Off of Pork Butts Expires 2/11

I don't know how long this sale has been going but it expires tomorrow. $8 off a package of two boneless pork butts.

I saw that yesterday, but I still have a butt in the freezer, and the freezer is almost full.

At my Costco these packages are $1.89/lb so assuming 2-10lb butts the package is about $38. Crap, I'm going to be out of sausage at some point so I guess I should go pick this up

I don't really need the sale to use these for sausage anyways... $1.89 is a fair price for commodity pork butt

They're boneless, but you need the bone to pull out clean and freely to tell with they are done.
I guess you could butterfly a boneless butt and then cook it.

Personally I don't buy butts at Costco because they are butchered, literally, boneless. Just my preference but that is a good buy.
