What's e-Vic for Harris Teeter? It's not the same as the Vic card?

HT has their VIC card, but also on top of that, the e-VIC coupon thing through their app. So you'd have to log in to the app, find the coupon there and load it, and then it's activated for your card number.

Then when you scan your VIC card at checkout time, it will access the coupon code and apply it. It's a bit cumbersome and weird, especially because you don't see the discount show until you've paid.

It's mostly to prevent repeat hits on these items across repeat visits.
