Thanks for sharing BBillFleet . With respect to Aldi, I would pay attention to after Thanksgiving and Christmas sales on turkeys, which are not advertised but seen in store. I picked up a smoked Butterball for 75% off last December, and wish I had bought three, because mine still had a lot.

I used to do that a lot with World Market, where so much of their holiday treats drop to almost nothing right after the holiday. Christmas Stollen tastes just as good on the 28th as it does on the 24th, you know? But then it's also 75% off. They've implemented controls to prevent that now, and it is no more, alas.
