Oh yeah, I would be at FL stocking up the butts in a hot minute, if I didn't already about 30-40 lbs of it cubed and frozen in the freezer, or if we hadn't just had a smoked pulled pork extravaganza last month, and my wife is so tired of meat, meat, meat (pork) all the time.
Now that the kids have grown and gone, BBQ goes a lot farther with just two of us. The Joy of Cooking once defined eternity as "two people and a ham."
I have to work on learning some good smoked and grilled vegetable dishes.
