I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
I'm not sure I can pass this one up. It's a much more practical size than most chamber setups. The price rocks.
Apparently, it even has a setting to allow bread to cool while keeping the crust crunchy: otherwise impossible in Florida in the summer. The reviews seem good. I'm wondering about reliability, but there is a two year warranty.
I know this is stupid, but can anyone give me a reason not to pull the trigger here? I mean, I already have an entry level normal vacuum sealer that still works...
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
The #1 reason I would have to get a chamber sealer rather than a suction sealer would be sealing liquids. But I can either 1) freeze liquids first, then seal them, or 2) put liquids in a ziplock bag, squeeze the air out, and then vacuum seal the ziplock bag inside a pouch.
So, not worth the $250 to me, even if it works perfectly.

I’m extremely disappointed in you guys! Here we had the perfect opportunity to help a fellow Pit member spend some money and y’all blew it. It doesn’t matter if they need it or not, our job here is to part fellow members from their money, regardless! I’m seriously considering whether to renew my membership next year……

You were 3.5 hrs too late to help a fellow Pitmaster fool part with his money, and he came to his senses in the meantime. Try to do better from now on.
