Cheshire St Louis spares and baby backs on sale again
6 racks of baby backs $99, 6 racks of St Louis, $139.
I prefer the St Louis, I wasn’t blown away by my last order of baby backs. And the first time they were on sale, the St Louis were cheaper. Anyhow, this time I have the room in the freezer, so I’m getting the St Louis.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Were the baby backs too small, too big? I won't buy baby back any longer unless they're small, actual baby backs (for me this is <3lb, pref 2.5lb/rack), otherwise for me they're too thick and dry.
Hrm... $27/rack on the SLRs including the cheapest shipping. If CampoGrande had them in stock, they get $29/rack, min order $150, and free ship for whatever reason. Better than the Heritage folks (their ribs are absurd... 2 racks for $117 minimum). Wild fork goes ~$9/lbs for berkshires. and now has 2.5 lbs Iberico spares at $8/lbs. Uhm... OMG, I have to get to my local Wild Fork TODAY. (their glamour shot has shiners, so not sure what to think).

I don't mean to hijack your post here, but in the same vein CreekstoneFarms has their 4-pack St Louis on sale for $99. I've bought them a few times, they are on the smaller side of medium sized, 2.5 to 3lb/rack, well trimmed. Free shipping on orders $150+.
