At the risk of being an olive oil/balsamic vinegar agent provocateur, TJ Robinson has a 4 bottle package of fancy vinegars for Mother's Day. Do not have to be a club member, one time offer, $98. I got this same package at Christmas, and have ordered another for gifts. Not necessarily a special deal, but it is an unusual opportunity. And vinegar keeps forever.
I don't know where to begin. I feel a bit like a uncouth pleb on this topic as I have zero idea about what makes a fancy vinegar worth the cost difference. I do know that Costco has scored very highly on olive oil in the past, and I keep meaning to buy some and forget about it. Oops.
