Cheshire Pork 6 pack (15 lbs) of St Louis cut, $99

St Louis cut Cheshire pork

This breed is my go-to. I usually get six racks of whole spares for $219, and use the trimmings for beans, etc; but here, I can get TWELVE racks of ribs trimmed to St Louis, for $20 less!

Cheshire are dark, meaty, and flavorful. No shiners here, nuh-uh.

They come six to a pack, so unless you’re feeding a crowd it would be best to have a vacuum sealer and repack them.

That is a shame. I know in previous posts others have mentioned the cost of shipping but it must be a zone thing as I’ve gotten free or low cost shipping on my orders to Maryland.
