Normally Bear Mountain's website is the best way to buy them, they're typically cheaper than Amazon, but they charge $10 shipping. On Amazon currently they average $31-36/bag before the discount, $~24-27 after discount, and free 3-day shpping if you're a Prime member. For 40lbs that's about $0.60 to 0.68/lb delivered.
If you could find a Bomgarrds or tractor supply around close bear mountain pellets 18.00 per 40# as well as lumberjack.
Country type feed stores also carry Lumberjack pellets.
$18 for 40lbs is a fantastic deal. I don't have that store, and the ones I do don't stock them but I will keep looking. I have to buy them online so I keep on the lookout for deals when I can find them.
