Prime Brisket @ Costco

Seems across the US prices are $3.49/lb now. Was at costco yesterday and they had a good stock of brisket in the case.

they also had the prime pinwheels that I haven’t seen in a few years. I was tempted for those, but didn’t get any. Perhaps next trip I will on those.

Also picked up a corned beef for upcoming festivities. I know I should make my own, but….

That's what it was at mine the other day.
I saw point cuts today at the grocery store for $5.49 lb. Almost pulled the trigger, but held off. I'm hoping 🤞 there is a good sale on them next week for St Paddy's day, and I can grab a few for the freezer then...

Finster - actually $4.99/lb. Bill Bailey’s corned beef. In a 20% solution. I have never tried, but like you, i thought why didn’t I buy a few of these when I put it in the fridge when I got home. I think my wife is headed back there next week, so I may have her get a few more for pastrami.
