Same deal in Orlando, my daughter and I went to the local Winn Dixie this morning and each got one. Each about 10 pounds. Liberated the coppa collar from each, and cut up the rest for sausage making on Monday.

Picked up one yesterday, cut it into quarters and vacuum sealed three with one going on the smoker shortly.
