I ordered steaks that offered free shipping 2 weeks ago, but the checkout cart showed a shipping charge at the time they asked for my cc. I tried calling their 800 number and it went to voice mail (never heard back) and then I emailed twice over 2 days and never received a response. Ended up leaving a large order in the shopping cart. Very surprising.
I've never seen free shipping offered on a specific product. Unless that particular product was a steak package of $150+ price, which is their free shipping offer.

We stocked up with frozen foods and other meals Amanda’s two week trip so I actually do not have room unless we can eat our way through the freezer before they are out of stock.
Well, I finally managed to get the order together. I got the prime brisket for $115 plus the skirt steak for $138 and a 10% off coupon. Not planning on trimming it but hopefully it arrives at 12 pounds instead of 9 pounds so I can separate point and flat easily.
Well, as will surprise no one, Creekstone nailed the delivery. I felt this was so normal that it did not merit a new thread. Brisket and skirt steak arrived nicely cold. 6.8 pounds of skirt towards the upper end of the 5-7 pound range and 11.3 pounds for the brisket compared to a 9-12 pound range. Good deal all around. I like having another canvas bag as they are handy!
